Below you will find instructions and links to help you access your self-storage unit. A link to this page will be saved in your welcome email and can be accessed at any time if you ever have any questions.

 

Entering the Gate

1. Refer to your welcome email to get your 4-digit Gate Code
2. You will need to input this code to enter and exit the facility
3. Don’t forget to press “#” after your 4-digit code
4. There is a key pad on both sides of the gate
5. If you cannot locate your Gate Code, please call us at (405) 777-7144

 

Locate Your Unit

1. Refer to your welcome email to retrieve your Unit Number
2. Here is a link to our Site Map to help you find your unit

 

DaVinci Lock

1. Your new unit will have a GREEN DaVinci lock on it
2. This lets us know that it is clean and ready to rent
3. Use your cell phone and text the number on the lock or scan the QR Code on the back
4. Follow the prompts to get the 4 digit code to unlock the DaVinci lock
5. DON’T FORGET TO PUT THE DAVINCI LOCK IN THE DROP BOX

 

Inside the Unit

Inside the unit you will find a packet with:

1. Welcome letter
2. FREE BLUE lock (this is yours to keep)
3. Please use this lock as it helps us identify active accounts
4. Screw driver (to help set your new lock code)
5. Instructions on setting your new lock code

 

Secure the Unit

1. Set your BLUE locks 4 digit code
2. See welcome packet for instructions or click here
3. Once you have moved your belongings in, close the door and slide the latch shut
4. Place your BLUE lock in a lock hole, rotate the lock, scramble the code
5. IMPORTANT to notate or memorize your BLUE lock code as Kickapoo Storage does not keep your personal lock code and will have to cut the lock if you forget it

 

Return the DaVinci Lock

1. Return the GREEN Davinci lock to the drop box
2. The drop box is located on the east side of unit 86 (the large garage unit closest to the gate)
3. It is shown on the Site Map
4. NOTE: If the DaVinci Lock is not returned a $25.00 lock replacement fee will be added to your next bill

 

Exit the Property

1. Once you are all finished, input your Gate Code in the key pad to open the gate
2. Pull through and exit. The gate will automatically close behind you
